Let’s Draw!
Draw a picture of your favorite room. Label the things in the room using the new words you learned.
Game: “I Spy”
Play a game of “I Spy” with a friend or family member. Say, “I spy with my little eye something that is (color) and is (shape).” The other person has to guess what you’re looking at. Use the words you learned today!
Homework:
Write five sentences about your home. Use the new words and prepositions you learned.
Example: The television is in the living room. It is next to the sofa.
Extra Fun:
If you can, look online for pictures of rooms in different houses. Can you find a kitchen with a big refrigerator? Or a living room with a colorful carpet?
